“We do not require anyone to be at the inspection, but have found it to be beneficial for the buyer to arrive 30 minutes before the inspection is complete to discuss in person with the inspector any findings. Typical inspections last 2-2 ½ hours. If dropping by the inspection at the end is not an option, don’t worry, our report is very thorough and we are happy to go over it with you over the phone and discuss any concerns.
